1. The data which user filled in the form should be appropriate because in the future the form will be filled according to the pre-existing data with TheGoEasy.in

2. The Images which user upload in TheGoEasy.in, consider as a self-assisted, and those images will be used in the form filling process of any form.

3. TheGoEsay.in will not responsible for any in-appropriate data.

4. Students are requested to fill the details like (Name, Address, Contact no.), and other mandatory details as per the Adhar Card or any other Valid Government proof.

5. The user needs to raise the ticket (Form Url) to remove any data like (Pan Card, Adhar Card, Any Marksheets) or any other personal information document from TheGoEasy.in.

6. Once a user deletes its account with TheGoEasy.in, it will take 30 Days to delete all its information like (Documents, Forms Filled History, Payment Receipts), and a consolidated report would be sent to the user on its registered email id.

7. The email and contact no. should be verified for filling any form with TheGoEasy.in

8. The entire payment depends on the form user wants to fill and the service charge and 18% of the service charge.

9. Once the user gets the confirmation email from TheGoEasy.in regarding the payment, only consider it as a confirmation.

10. The user will be requested to apply for any form, 5 days before the last date of the form filling date.

11. If any user request TheGoEasy.in to fill his requested form in the last 5days of the form, we’re not taking any responsibility. And the form amount will be refunded, the service charges will not be refunded.

12. In any other case if the user’s form is not filled with TheGoEasy.in, due to any of the reasons like(Exam center server issue, documents verification issue) will be informed right away with the proper reason on Email/Message, and (100%) amount will be refunded.

13. Our refund process will be initiate on the very next working day, once the user’s form gets marked rejected from our associate.

14. Once the profile is paid, it will not be refundable under any condition.

15. If the user wants to withdraw his form before getting processed (100%) amount will be refunded, but once the form gets start processed and then withdraw request is raised by the user, (Service Charge) is applied and our associate will directly get in touch with the user and if the associate paid the charges to the particular examination vendor, that withdraw request will be canceled and marked as complete.

16. Maybe the refunded amount takes 7-10 working days to reflect on your account, depends on your bank.

17. Before processing the user’s demanded form, the user gets an intimation Call/Message/Email from TheGoEasy.in, so while filling any candidate’s form if our associate needs any required document or information so they can connect with the user.

18. In the case, if our associate gives a call to a user and the user is unable to pick up, the form will be marked as Waiting. And will be processed right away after getting appropriate information by the user.
